We specialize in full-service interior design, managing every detail from concept to completion. Our comprehensive approach means we design, procure, and install each space turnkey—handling everything from new design layouts, selections including tile, paint, wallpaper, flooring, lighting, furniture, window treatments, and finishing accessories. We also offer eDesign and virtual services so don't forget to ask about that!
We begin with a complimentary, no-obligation 15–20 minute Discovery Call with Josie, our lead designer, to learn more about your project and determine if our services align with your needs.
If we decide to move forward together, we will schedule a one-hour, in-person consultation to walk through your space and discuss your renovation or new build in detail. The consultation fee is $200, which will be credited toward your final invoice should you choose to move forward with JP Designs.
If you’re looking to create a beautiful, well-designed home but feel limited on time, energy, or direction, an interior designer provides both clarity and expertise. Beyond aesthetics, we guide you through the entire process—helping you avoid costly mistakes while saving you time and stress.
Every detail is considered with intention, from functionality and flow to lighting, finishes, and safety. We also help prioritize your investment, provide access to exclusive resources, and manage every aspect of the process—from sourcing to final installation—so you can enjoy the experience without it becoming overwhelming.
We recommend bringing a designer on board early—ideally before or alongside your architect, builder, or general contractor. Early collaboration ensures a cohesive vision and allows every detail to be thoughtfully integrated from the start.
We’re here to guide you and advocate for you throughout the entire process, creating a seamless and well-executed result.
Because each project is unique, we take the time to understand your vision and scope before preparing a tailored Fee Proposal.
Our full service design fees begin at $10,000 and vary depending on the size, complexity, and level of service required. If this is not in your budget, ask about our other services to help streamline your project.
Our process is designed to be thoughtful, transparent, and highly organized from start to finish.
We begin by learning about your goals, preferences, and how you want your space to feel and function. During the in-person consultation, we walk through your space together, discuss ideas, and outline a clear direction.
Within 5–7 business days, you’ll receive a detailed Fee Proposal outlining the scope of work, estimated design hours, and projected fees. At that time, a non-refundable 10% retainer is required to either begin work or hold a place on our waitlist, depending on JP Design's current availability.
Once the retainer is received, we begin developing your comprehensive design plan—collaborating with trusted trades, gathering quotes, and thoughtfully curating every element, including layouts, and finishes. A 40% approval fee is collected at the design presentation stage.
Upon approval of the Selections & Furnishings Proposal, we move into the procurement and project management phase of the project and demolition begins. We work closely with all the contractors to be certain that the scope of work aligns with our design proposal. At 90% project completion, the remaining 50% is collected, final details are addressed, and your space is ready to be enjoyed.
We encourage you to gather inspiration ahead of time by creating a Pinterest board or saving images on Instagram or Houzz. Visual references are incredibly helpful in communicating your style and preferences.
Sharing what you don’t like is equally valuable. Understanding both your preferences and your dislikes allows us to design more efficiently and present options that truly resonate with you.
We do not pass along trade discounts. This allows us to maintain a streamlined and well-managed process between our team and our trusted vendors and trades, while also keeping costs down without having to charge our clients for purchasing and delivery services.
As your designer and project manager, we handle all ordering and procurement on your behalf—ensuring every item is specified correctly, tracked, and delivered as intended. This level of oversight minimizes errors, delays, and miscommunication.
Our pricing structure reflects the time, coordination, and expertise required to manage these details seamlessly, providing you with a high-touch, fully managed experience from start to finish.
All costs for selections are collected prior to order placement.
